Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 Tbsp. chives or parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Combine butter, salt, thyme, chopped chives or parsley and marjoram. Shape into a roll, about 8 inches. Wrap in waxed paper. Freeze for 20 minutes plus. Flatten chicken with rolling pin between sheets of waxed paper until thin. Cut butter in 4 to 6 pieces, depending on how many meat pieces you have. Put one on each piece. Roll up tightly, enclosing butter. Fasten with toothpicks. Beat 1 egg and water together. Dip meat into it and roll in 1/2 cup wheat germ.
    Bake in shallow pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
