Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Add all ingredients, except 1/2 the cheese.
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
