Quick Taco Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 envelope taco seasoning mix
    tortilla or corn chips
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomato
    chopped onion
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef until brown.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning.
    Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cover a platter with chips; top with lettuce.
    Layer with beef mixture, tomato, onion and cheese.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
