Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together but add sugar 1/4 at a time. Bake at night in a 275\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Turn oven off and leave door closed overnight.
    Bake on brown paper bag. Make 9 meringues.
    Keep well wrapped.
    Better baked on a dry day.
