Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. frozen or cooked vegetables
Preparation
    Coat pan with butter.
    Put vegetables on bottom.
    Grate cheese and put over vegetables.
    Mix milk, flour and eggs.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until brown.
    Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
