Chicken Breasts Stuffed With Spinach(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

6 chicken breast halves
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (6 to 8 oz.) box fresh mushrooms, sliced or chopped
6 green onions, chopped (tops and all)
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
Dijon mustard
Preparation

Thaw spinach; drain and squeeze real dry.
Chop green onions into spinach mixture; stir this mixture into softened cream cheese.
Saute sliced mushrooms in butter until all moisture has evaporated and mushrooms have softened.
Pour this mushroom mixture into spinach-onion/cream mixture; stir until well mixed. This is your stuffing.
