Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen potatoes
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated American cheese
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix together butter, soup, cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
