Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint heavy cream
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. freshly grated Parmigiana-Reggiano cheese
    cracked black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat cream over medium low heat
    in a deep saute pan. Add butter and whisk gently to melt. Stir in cheese. Season with pepper.
