Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes with the skins on
    8 to 10 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and eggs as usual.
    Allow potatoes to cool, then peel and cut into small pieces.
    Add chopped eggs.
    Mix in a bowl with the celery, onions, vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Place in refrigerator to chill.
