Good Friday Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    12 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oil or butter
Preparation
    Mix together and beat hard.
    Heat a skillet at about medium heat.
    Put 2 tablespoons oil in skillet.
    Pour batter into skillet.
    Make whatever size.
    Cover with lid.
    When bottom side is done, flip.
    Makes 4 to 8 pancakes, depends on size.
