Busy Day Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    4 to 6 potatoes, quartered
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    3 medium carrots
    2 onions, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes (1 lb.)
Preparation
    Place meat in 2-quart casserole.
    Add vegetables and sprinkle salt, flour and soy sauce over all.
    Pour tomatoes on top and cover.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
