Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. flavoring
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together butter, oil, flavoring, egg and sugar. Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Combine ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon and flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
