Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
11 oz. fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. zest
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place condensed milk and eggs into bowl and mix until smooth. Add lemon juice and zest and stir until incorporated. Pour milk mixture into crust. Bake pie for 15 minutes. Cool completely and freeze. Serve chilled for best results. Can be baked and frozen for 2 weeks before serving.
