Five-Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat, cut up
    2 potatoes
    2 celery stalks
    4 carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    2 tsp. Minute tapioca
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours in iron skillet or Dutch oven.
    Cover dish.
