Zucchini Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 zucchini, diced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 to 4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cut up bacon; cook until crisp.
    Add chopped onion and mushrooms; cook until tender.
    Cover with eggs.
    Cook until set, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese just long enough until melted.
