Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla until well blended.
    Beat in dry ingredients until smooth. Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes, or until done. Cool in pan.
