Rice, Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw Minute rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 chopped onions
    3 to 4 chopped celery stalks
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put rice on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Slice margarine and randomly drop over rice.
    Dump in remainder of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Stir.
    Halves well; freezes well.
