Pecan Crunchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, flour, soda and pecans; stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Yields about 3 dozen.
