Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
-
Combine margarine, salt, cheese, egg, milk and onion.
Blend with rice.
Add broccoli.
Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle some cheese on top before serving.
