Oatmeal Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. flour
1 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans pieces
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. butter
1 egg
Preparation
-
Heat milk, water, honey and salt until warm.
Put in bowl; add rest of ingredients and mix.
Roll and knead on floured board. Place in loaf pan.
Let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
