Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts (pecans)
3 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil in electric mixer.
Beat at high speed for a minute.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating each for one minute. Mix dry ingredients and chopped dates.
Add these to mixture. Fold in vanilla, apples and nuts.
Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Test with straw.
