Shirley'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) light Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor)
1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. raisins
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large container low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with crackers.
