Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. drained crushed corn
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, gradually adding the milk and a well beaten egg.
Beat thoroughly and then add melted butter and corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot, deep fat and fry until well browned. Drain on brown paper.
