Deluxe Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. butter
    3/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can baby clams
    2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
    3 c. milk
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    8 oz. scallops
Preparation
    Cut fish into 1-inch chunks.
    In 3-quart pan, saute onion in the butter until tender, but not brown.
