Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

16 large mushrooms
1/4 lb. margarine
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/8 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan
Preparation

Clean mushrooms. Break stems off and chop finely. Melt 4 tablespoons margarine and lightly saut stems, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and seasonings. Blend with eggs. Butter pan. Brush mushrooms in and out with butter. Stuff and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
