Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (17 oz.) can whole-kernel corn (undrained)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
fresh parsley and pimiento strips (garnish)
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well.
Spoon into 6 well-greased 10-ounce custard cups. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
