Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. oleo or oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chicken stock
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. catsup
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook chopped onions and celery in oleo or oil until transparent.
Add vinegar, lemon juice and chicken stock and cook a little longer.
Add catsup and brown sugar; simmer 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
