Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
2 eggs (boiled & chopped)
3/4 c. cornbread dressing
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
cooked giblets (chopped) from turkey
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste cooking on medium heat.
Gravy can be thickened by adding 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch to 1/2 cup of chicken broth;
add this mixture slowly while stirring to get desired thickness.
