Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt butter in a deep casserole dish.
Combine flour, sugar, milk and baking powder.
Then pour batter on top of butter.
Do not stir!
On top of batter, pour 2 cups fruit that includes its juice, such as peaches, pears and berries that are sweetened to your taste.
Do not stir!
Cook about 30 minutes or until it is golden brown at a temperature of 350\u00b0.
