Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broken macaroni
8 c. boiling water
2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated aged cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. scalded milk
Preparation
-
Cook macaroni in boiling water 15 minutes.
Drain and rinse in hot water.
Place in layers in buttered baking dish, sprinkling each layer with cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour milk around edge.
