Cherry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. cherry pie filling
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Set aside 1/4 of the crumb wafers.
    Mix together remainder of crumbs, powdered sugar, melted margarine and egg yolks.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan the crumb mixture.
    Place cherry pie filling on top.
    Cover with whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 crumbs.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
