Golden Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8-oz) elbow macaroni
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 (10-oz) blocks sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided, (about 4-1/2 cups)
    1 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well.
    Set aside.
    Place milk, flour, and onion salt in a quart jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously 1 minute. Stir together flour mixture, 3-1/2 cups cheese, and macaroni.
    Pour macaroni mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese; drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
