Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    4 c. day-old bread, cut into cubes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Pour over bread cubes; cool.
    Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, salt, raisins and cinnamon.
    Place in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and set in a pan of hot water.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until knife comes out clean.
