Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. regular rice
    2/3 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form balls and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix tomato soup and water.
    Pour over meat balls. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
