Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch
    1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together beans and taco sauce, then mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing.
    Mix everything together. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
