Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breasts, wash and pat dry
2 to 3 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan.
Mix rest of ingredients well.
Pour over chicken.
Let set for 2 or more hours.
Pierce with fork before baking at 375\u00b0 until brown.
Pour off some sauce and pour back over, all while hot.
Cover with foil for 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 350\u00b0.
Same recipe can be used with spareribs.
