Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large green peppers
1/2 lb. butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped
4 sprigs parsley, stems and leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 lb. ground beef (twice ground)
1/2 lb. small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 loaf stale French bread
3 eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Split peppers in half, horizontally; remove seeds and membranes.
Wash and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes and set aside.
