Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large fresh mushrooms, wiped with damp cloth
    1 slice Prosciutto or bacon, minced
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushroom caps and chop up fine.
    Combine Prosciutto, cheese, breadcrumbs, mushroom stems, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and egg.
    Spread dressing evenly inside mushroom caps.
    Place in single layer in a baking dish and pour oil over the top.
    Add 1/4 cup of hot water to baking dish.
    Bake uncovered in 300\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
