Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    2 cans pinto beans (Ranch Style)
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 large jar Ragu (meat flavor)
    16 corn tortillas
    8 or 12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook hamburger meat with salt and pepper until done; drain. Saute onion in oil; add to meat.
    Mix in tomato sauce and beans. Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Warm tortillas in microwave until soft. Place tinfoil in 2-inch pan and pour half of Ragu sauce on bottom. Spread and fill tortillas with meat and bean mixture and place in pan.
    Place a little of each cheese in each.
    Pour remaining Ragu over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
    Turn foil up so that juice will not leak out.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
