Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna (9 noodles)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
    garlic
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 tsp. basil
    1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (low-fat)
    2 egg whites
    1 (8 oz.) container fat-reduced Mozzarella cheese
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Cook onion, mushrooms and garlic 5 minutes; remove from heat.
    Stir in spinach, oregano and basil. Blend cottage cheese, egg whites and shredded Mozzarella cheese. Layer noodles, spinach, cheese and tomato sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings (200 calories and 4 g. fat).
