Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. stripped venison
    1 small bottle Tabasco sauce
    4 (5 oz.) bottles Worcestershire sauce
    2 (6 oz.) bottles soy sauce
    1 box red pepper
    1 small bottle onion salt
    1 bottle liquid hickory smoke (omit if using smoker)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over venison as a marinade. Allow to stand overnight.
    Place venison strips on cookie sheets or foil in a 175\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for approximately 2 hours or until dry.
    Be sure to leave door of oven open a crack.
