Chinese Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. sweet pickle juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can French-cut green beans
1 can mixed Chinese vegetables
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar sliced mushrooms
2 celery stalks, chopped
Preparation

Mix vinegar, sugar, oil, pickle juice, salt and pepper.
Heat until sugar melts.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Chill overnight.
