Sour Cream Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. hot water

Preparation

Sift together cake flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Add shortening and cream or buttermilk.
Beat at low speed and then add unsweetened chocolate, eggs, vanilla and hot water.
Beat 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
