Glen'S Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. venison roast
    1 medium size onion
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. carrots
    5 or 6 potatoes
    water (enough to cover)
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Salt and pepper. Cover with water. Turn on high until it begins to boil.
    Peel and cut potatoes in quarters. Slice onion. Chop the carrots and place on top of the meat.
    Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
