Light Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. reduced calorie margarine (stick margarine works best for me)
1- 8 oz. carton plain low fat yogurt
    1 tsp. honey or sugar
Preparation
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles course meal.
Add the remaining ingredients; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead, 4 to 5 times.
Roll dough to a 1/2 in. thickness and cut with a 2 in. biscuit cutter.
Place on an ungreased pan and bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned as desired.
    Yields 24 biscuits.
