Cherry Cheese Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    12 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together well with beater.
    Pour into aluminum foil muffin cups.
    Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Remove from oven for 5 minutes.
    Cakes will fall in center.
    Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Fill center cavity with mixture.
    Top with cherry pie filling or jam.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
    Makes 24.
