Crab Quiche Loraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Alaska snow crabmeat, drained
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. green pepper
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes, until mixture sets and crust is light brown.
