Wine Soup(Vinesuppe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box pearlized tapioca (sago)
1 bottle grape juice or a grape wine (2 c.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cut up lemon (including the rind)
1/2 pkg. seedless raisins
1 doz. prunes
1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Soak separately overnight the tapioca and prunes.
Cook the prunes in one quart of water until tender.
Add the tapioca and the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly until the tapioca is dissolved.
Add the lemon at the end of the cooking time.
