The Best Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    12 slices bacon
    1/4 lb. (1 cup) Swiss, Gruyere or Havarti cheese, shredded
    4 eggs
    2 c. heavy or whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Spread pie crust with butter or margarine.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium low heat, cook bacon slices.
    Drain on paper towels. While still warm, roll 6 slices, one at a time, to form \"roses\". Keep warm.
    Crumble remaining slices, sprinkle with cheese on pie crust.
