German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. peeled, thinly sliced apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add apples, vanilla, eggs and oil.
    Blend together well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
